Beginners Classes

Thai Boxing (all levels)

One of the most popular classes is our All Levels Thai Boxing classes. Suitable for males or females, juniors and seniors and all levels of skill and fitness, our All Levels classes are great way to get involved and try out Thai boxing for yourself.

Consider the following benefits:

  • Thai boxing will improve your balance and coordination
  • Our classes are a great way to burn calories and improve your fitness levels, fast
  • Classes are focused on fitness – there is NO CONTACT involved (All Level’s Classes)
  • Suitable for ages 17 and up
  • A partner of equal size and strength (e.g. if you’re “vertically challenged” bring a friend of similar height to work with in the class!)
