Through an application based process, we determine which one of our 4 different levels your fitness is suited for so we make sure you’re surrounded by team mates at your level.
Our levels range from Level 1 which is aimed at ladies who haven’t exercised for a LONG time, or post injury or post pregnancy, all the way through to Level 4 which is super fit tough ladies!!!

FREE – 3 x measurements to track your progress, valued $75
FREE – 3 x consults with your trainer to make sure you’re meeting your goals, valued $150
PLUS – 3 x training sessions per week.
