Are you ready to join a group of ladies just like YOU! No age limit – we have ladies from 16 to 65 years young in these challenges!

WHAT MAKES THIS CHALLENGE

DIFFERENT?

Through an application based process, we determine which one of our 4 different levels your fitness is suited for so we make sure you’re surrounded by team mates at your level.

Our levels range from Level 1 which is aimed at ladies who haven’t exercised for a LONG time, or post injury or post pregnancy, all the way through to Level 4 which is super fit tough ladies!!!

The Challenge

includes:

FREE – 6-week Meal Plan, valued $199
FREE – 3 x measurements to track your progress, valued $75
FREE – 3 x consults with your trainer to make sure you’re meeting your goals, valued $150
PLUS  3 x training sessions per week.

We have classes EVERYDAY and the times for these sessions are:

  • Early morning (6am & 6.45am) get in before work or the school drop-off
  • Mid morning (9.45am & 10.30am) break up the day with an intense workout before lunch
  • Late afternoon (5.45pm & 6.30pm) smash your fitness goals before dinner and have a great evening
