As mums, your priority is your family! That is why we’ve designed the “Ladies Only Diesel Fit Challenge” specifically aimed at producing the best results in the shortest amount of time. We also have a CRECHE so you get your training time all to yourself! Our unique challenge is the best way to kick-start your journey into a happy, healthier lifestyle.
How is this challenge different to any other you ask?! We take you through a quick and easy application process to determine which one of our 4 levels are the perfect fit for you. This means you’ll be surrounded by a team of like-minded ladies at the same fitness level (so it’s not so scary after all!)
Our levels range from 1, which is designed for ladies who haven’t exercised for a LONG time, post injury or post pregnancy. We go all the way through to Level 4 which is for super fit tough ladies!
Our supportive qualified female trainers give you one on one help and guidance and are always approachable no matter what questions you have.
